Terms of service
These terms apply to book orders placed through the undead A.M.B.A store. By placing an order, you confirm that your order details are complete and correct.
Orders and shipping
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. We are not responsible for failed delivery, loss, delay, extra charges, or returns caused by a wrong or incomplete address.
Pre-orders
These books are sold as pre-orders. Estimated print and shipping dates are provided in good faith, but may change due to production or shipping delays.
EU customers
EU customers have the statutory rights required by EU and national consumer law, including any applicable right of withdrawal. Returned books must be sent back in substantially unchanged condition, and you are responsible for return shipping unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Non-EU customers
For customers outside the EU, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by mandatory law or where we choose to correct an error at our discretion.
Duties and import charges
EU, UK, and US prices include tariffs, VAT, and other duties. For all other destinations, import duties, taxes, fees, and customs handling are your responsibility.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect loss, delays outside our control, customs decisions, or delivery problems caused by incorrect order information.
