undead A.M.B.A uses the information you provide to process book orders, arrange shipping, answer support requests, and keep basic business records.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we receive your name, email address, shipping address, selected country or territory, order contents, and payment status. For UK and Northern Ireland shipments, we also collect a phone number because it is needed for delivery.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Cookies
The store uses one cart cookie to remember selected books and your chosen country or territory. It is used only to keep the shopping cart working.
Sharing
We share the information needed to complete an order with service providers such as Stripe for payment processing and PostNord for shipping labels and delivery. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep order and shipping records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle customer support, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
